This Miso Crumble, called "arare" in Japanese, adds flavor and texture with an elegant balance of umami, sweetness and aroma. Unlike standard (White) Miso Crumble fermented for only 3 months, Organic Dried Miso is fermented for over a year for added depth of flavor.
