Ponzu is a traditional Japanese citrus-based sauce similar to a vinaigrette. This ponzu is infused with yuzu grown in Yamaguchi, Japan, carefully squeezed to preserve its refreshing aroma while minimizing bitterness. The rich umami depth comes from the dashi crafted from the finest Rishiri Kombu and Saba Bushi, or Mackerel Flakes, perfectly balancing the bright yuzu notes.
