What is your shipping policy?

Shipping fee is calculated based on the order weight or dimensions and distance from our warehouse.

If in stock, all standard shipping usually take 5-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. This may vary depending on the amount and season. Many of our products are seasonal, hence stock situation may vary.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided while placing the order. Please check your spam folder in case our email was filtered.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

When will my House of Umami order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped in the next 3-7 business days. Please be noted that shipments from our warehouse will differ due to your location. Please be noted, our warehouse is closed over the weekend and major holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note, it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, The House of Umami does not ship worldwide outside of America. We also currently do not ship to Guam, Alaska, and the US Virgin Islands. If you may have any inquiries regarding the above shipments, please reach out to us at contact@thehouseofumami.com. We hope to be able to deliver to more countries internationally, to get the best products out to you.
