The House of Umami website and online storefront are owned and operated by Ys and Partners Japan Co., Ltd. (“YS Japan”). YS Japan also leads product discovery, producer relationships, product curation, and Japan-side sourcing.

Orders placed and paid for through the website’s online checkout are sold and processed by YS Japan.

Ys and Partners, Inc., a California corporation (“YS US”), provides U.S. customer support and domestic fulfillment coordination for Online Checkout Orders.

Approved B2B chef account orders paid by invoice or ACH are sold and processed by YS US. For B2B Orders, YS US handles customer service, invoicing, ACH payment coordination, fulfillment, and delivery within the United States.

The House of Umami brings together YS Japan’s product expertise and producer relationships with YS US’s local customer support and fulfillment capabilities in the United States.
