OIGEN Cocotte Mini 10

A premium cast iron mini cocotte, designed for small servings, side dishes and desserts. It's the perfect size for individual serving of gratin, soups and stews as well as desserts like soufflé.

Expertly crafted using the Nambu Tekki technique, this mini cocotte features superior heat retention and a rust-resistant "naked finish" baked at 1652°F to ensure a naturally non-stick surface without chemical coatings. The robust iron lid with steam holes locks in heat and flavor, making it ideal for baking, stewing, or sautéing small portions.

Nambu Tekki is a centuries-old traditional craft from Japan's Iwate Prefecture. This renowned ironware is meticulously created by pouring molten iron into sand molds, a technique perfected over generations in the cities of Morioka and Oshu. Nambu Tekki products are celebrated for their durability, heat retention, and beautiful craftsmanship, making them a favorite among discerning chefs.
