This concentrated dashi features 2 different types of onions, and a balanced blend of Japanese carrots, cabbage, and ginger to gracefully extract the best qualities of each ingredient and fuse them together for a delicate umami flavor.

Place one dashi packet in a pot with 500ml of water and stir the packet about five times. Once the water comes to a boil, simmer over medium heat for 6 minutes before removing the packet. This dashi can be used as a base seasoning for soups and stews to shorten cooking time.

Tear open the dashi pack and add the contents directly to dishes for an amazingly rich flavor. It can also be used to flavor meat and fish, as a topping for pasta, and as a seasoning for dishes that call for a rich flavor.
