This unique blend, fermented from ten distinct grains including soybeans, barley, and various rices, is enriched with salt from the Goto Islands of Nagasaki.

The Koji Masters at the brewery nurture the natural microorganisms that thrive in their time-honored environment, producing miso rich in enzymes and bursting with umami. Perfect as a finishing touch or a secret ingredient, Misoful can be sprinkled onto any dish, offering depth of flavor that can also serve as an alternative to salt.
