This fragrant seasoning features Suji Aonori aka “King of Aroma” among seaweeds, shaved honkarebushi or the “King of Katsuobushi", toasted sesame seeds, and sea salt. Experience a deeply savory and fragrant finishing blend where fresh ocean aroma meets the smoky umami of bonito and the nutty richness of sesame. 

The Suji Aonori is cultivated using pristine, mineral-rich deep seawater drawn from underground, a pioneering land-based method that revived this seaweed that was once on the verge of disappearing. Only a small portion of each harvest meets the standards to be dried at peak freshness, preserving its vibrant emerald color and remarkable aroma. Just a sprinkle adds instant sea magic to warm rice, roasted vegetables, grilled fish, or popcorn. It also works beautifully as a finishing touch for pasta, buttered potatoes, or creamy sauces, where the heat releases the aonori’s signature ocean fragrance.
