Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Recommended Shelf Life:
1 year when stored in a cool place.

・Budo Sansho Powder
Store at room temperature.

・Smoked Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Consume as soon as possible after opening.

・Yuzu Kosho Paste
Store at room temperature away from high temperatures and direct sunlight (unopened).
*Refrigerate after opening.

・Rinkosan Black Vinegar
There may be sedimentation from the ingredients and the color may become darker, but this does not affect the quality. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (unopened). *Refrigerate after opening.

・Koji Sauce
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep the package sealed for freshness. Exposure to temperature changes or direct sunlight may cause browning reactions, but this does not affect its quality.
