Made with organic soybeans and organic rice from Saga Prefecture, and salt from the Goto Islands of Nagasaki, every ingredient is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. With a low salt content of 10.5% and a slightly grainy texture, it enhances dishes without overpowering.
