Store at room temperature.

・Rishiri Kombu
Seal the package tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. This product is harvested from the sea with shrimp and crab habitats. There may be small sand or seaweed from the sea.

・Yuzu Kosho Paste
Store at room temperature away from high temperatures and direct sunlight (unopened).
*Refrigerate after opening.

・Smoked Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Consume as soon as possible after opening.

・Kidaru Kotobuki Rice Vinegar (Aged for 3 years)
There may be sedimentation from the ingredients and the color may become darker, but this does not affect the quality. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (unopened).

Preservatives are not used, please refrigerate after opening.

Due to the nature of miso, it tends to harden easily. Please shake before use.

・Sweet Koji Sauce
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep the package sealed for freshness. Exposure to temperature changes or direct sunlight may cause browning reactions, but this does not affect its quality.

・Umami Dashi Pack Tomato
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Recommended Shelf Life:
1 year when stored in a cool place.
