This Organic Japanese Black Tea or "Wakoucha" is made from green tea varieties grown in Saga Prefecture. Because it's crafted from a different variety of tea leaves compared to Chinese or Indian black teas, it has a uniquely delicate flavor profile. Astringency is minimized, bringing out the natural sweetness of the tea leaves. Enjoy the mild flavor and refreshing aftertaste.
