A dashi blend of Soprano Tomatoes and herbs with balanced acidity and sweetness. Soprano Tomatoes are selectively grown in small quantities for mildly acidic umami in this dashi.

Place one dashi packet in a pot with 400ml of water and stir the packet about five times. Once the water comes to a boil, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes before removing the packet.

This dashi can be used in dishes such as minestrone and curry, and pairs exceptionally well with cheese and creamy dishes.

Storage Method:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
