OIGEN Yaki Yaki Grill Heavy Deep Type

Crafted using the traditional Nambu Tekki method, this premium griddle excels with its superior heat retention, enabling high-temperature cooking that crisps exteriors perfectly while locking in flavors as the temperature gradually decreases. It features a rust-resistant "naked finish," baked at 1652°F to ensure a naturally non-stick surface without the use of chemical coatings.

Thoughtfully designed with a detachable handle and a wooden griddle mat, it allows for effortless transitions from stovetop or oven directly to table presentation. Ideal for grilling vegetables or preparing aqua pazza, the OIGEN Yaki Yaki Grill brings a touch of Japanese craftsmanship to any professional kitchen.

Nambu Tekki is a centuries-old traditional craft from Japan's Iwate Prefecture. This renowned ironware is meticulously created by pouring molten iron into sand molds, a technique perfected over generations in the cities of Morioka and Oshu. Nambu Tekki products are celebrated for their durability, heat retention, and beautiful craftsmanship, making them a favorite among discerning chefs.
