OIGEN Cook Top: Cocotte Deep Medium 24

A premium cast iron cocotte, designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Expertly crafted using the Nambu Tekki technique, this cocotte features superior heat retention and a rust-resistant "naked finish" baked at 1652°F to ensure a naturally non-stick surface without chemical coatings.

Its robust design includes an iron lid with steam holes that seal in flavor and moisture, making it ideal for braising, baking, and stewing. The cocotte is also designed with two handles for easy maneuvering and is stylish enough to go directly from the kitchen to the table. Perfect for preparing dishes like braised pork and hearty stews, or steaming large vegetables like a whole cabbage, this cocotte is an indispensable tool for chefs who value both functionality and aesthetic appeal in their cookware.

Nambu Tekki is a centuries-old traditional craft from Japan's Iwate Prefecture. This renowned ironware is meticulously created by pouring molten iron into sand molds, a technique perfected over generations in the cities of Morioka and Oshu. Nambu Tekki products are celebrated for their durability, heat retention, and beautiful craftsmanship, making them a favorite among discerning chefs.
